Choice of superannuation fund


What choice means for WA State Government employers

The WA State Parliament passed the State Superannuation Amendment Act 2007 in October 2007 to provide for choice of superannuation fund for WA State Government employees.

It gives most State Government employees the right to choose which super fund their employer superannuation contributions are paid to.

To meet your choice of superannuation fund obligations you need to be have the necessary systems and processes in place before the introduction of choice.
