Employees' eligibility

All State Government employers are required to meet the Commonwealth legislative requirements for paying SG contributions to employees. However, in addition to the Commonwealth requirements, the majority of WA State Government employers are required to make contributions to their employees under the State Superannuation Regulations. The differences between the Commonwealth and State requirements are detailed below:
